    The NextGen ONE UGM is a three-day conference providing interactive hands-on learning, educational sessions led by industry experts and opportunities to exchange knowledge with peers in an engaging environment.   • What are the dates for NextGen ONE UGM 2017?

Registration Questions

  • How do I register for NextGen ONE UGM 2017?

    To register for the NextGen ONE UGM, click on the “Register Now” link. Complete all the required fields. You will receive a registration confirmation via email once you submit your completed registration. If you have questions, please contact us at ugm@nextgen.com or call 267-960-6287.

  • I’m trying to register someone, but the system is showing that his or her email address is not valid. What should I do?

    To register, each attendee must use his or her own individual email address. All attendees must be clients of NextGen Healthcare and attendee email address must be registered in our system. If you cannot successfully register someone, contact ugm@nextgen.com with the full name, company name, and email address of the person you are attempting to register. You’ll receive an email alert once you’re granted access to the system.

  • Where can I find my registration confirmation number?

    We’ll email your registration confirmation number after you have completed the registration process. If you have difficulty locating your registration confirmation number, please contact ugm@nextgen.com or call 267-960-6287.

  • Where can I find the agenda?

    Based on feedback from survey results, we’ve made it easier to register for ONE UGM: You may register now for the meeting, then choose your sessions once the agenda is revealed in early August.

  • I’m already registered for NextGen ONE UGM, but I’d like to add breakout sessions and/or an additional Pre-Conference Workshop. How do I do that?

    Once the agenda is posted and you have registered for ONE UGM, you will receive an email the following day containing the link to select your breakout sessions and/or pre-conference workshop. We will confirm your registration via email once you submit your choices. If you have questions, please contact us at ugm@nextgen.com or call (267) 960-6287.

  • How can I change my Pre-Conference Workshop registration to another class?

    Log on to the Agenda registration site with your agenda registration confirmation number and click “modify registration.” From there, you can cancel an existing registration and register for a different Pre-Conference Workshop.

    Please note, when changing your Pre-Conference Workshop registration, you may notice a refund of the original workshop and a new charge for the new workshop on your monthly credit card statement.

  • Do I need to register for sessions besides the Pre-Conference Workshop?

    To better accommodate the needs of our attendees, there is pre-registration for all breakout sessions. With this improved system, you’ll have access to more seats in popular sessions and can build your personalized agenda.

    Once the agenda is posted in early August and you have already registered for NextGen ONE UGM conference, you will receive an email the following day containing the link to select your breakout sessions and/or pre-conference workshop. We will confirm that we've received your session selections via email once you submit your choices. If you have questions, please contact us at ugm@nextgen.com or call 267-960-6287.

  • Will a printed copy of my selected Pre-Conference Workshops and breakout sessions be provided?

    No, but it will be available on your Mobile App. You will be able to print a copy of your selections when you register. If you make changes to your sessions, remember to print a new copy.

  • How can I change my selected Breakout Sessions to another class?

    Log on to the Agenda registration site with your agenda registration confirmation number and click “modify registration.” From there, you can cancel an existing registration and register for a different course.

    Please note: Pre-registration is not REQUIRED for each breakout session. If you have a last-minute change of heart, please feel free to attend the session you’d like.

  • How do I secure my ticket(s) for the Client Event?

    To secure your ticket for the Client Event, compelte all the required fields within your ONE UGM conference registration. Your ticket is included with your registration fee. You will also be given the opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets (3 maximum per attendee). You will receive a registration confirmation via email once you submit your completed registration. If you have questions, please contact us at ugm@nextgen.com or call 267-960-6287.

  • Where can I pick up my ticket(s) for the Client Event?

    You can pick up your ticket(s) for the Client Event upon arrival at Mandalay Bay after you check in at the ONE UGM registration desk and get your meeting materials. If you have questions, please contact us at ugm@nextgen.com or call 267-960-6287.

  • Can I bring guests or children to the events?

    Yes, you can purchase guest tickets for the Welcome Reception and Client Event. There is a maximum of 3 guest tickets per attendee for the Client Event. You must have your NextGen ONE UGM badge or guest ticket to attend events. No one under twenty-one (21) years of age will be permitted to attend events where alcohol will be served, such as the Welcome Reception and The Client Event.

  • I can’t attend NextGen ONE UGM 2017; however, someone else from my organization will be going in my place. How do I make a name change to my registration?

    To make a name change on an existing registration, please send an email to ugm@nextgen.com with the full name, email address, and organization name of the current registrant — along with the full name, email address, and organization name of the replacement attendee. All name change requests must be received in writing and may only be made through a NextGen ONE UGM team member directly.

    Please note that you also will need to contact Mandalay Bay or the Delano separately in order to change the name on the hotel reservation.

  • I registered, but I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

    Send an email with your name and organization name to ugm@nextgen.com stating that you have not received your confirmation. Please be sure you have added ugm@nextgen.com to your safe senders list.

  • What does it mean if I received a “Failure of Payment” error message?

    This means the credit card provided for registration payment was not processed due to an error, such as an exceeded card limit, an incorrect billing address, security reasons, etc. Please contact a UGM team member at 267-960-6287 and have your credit card information available.

  • How do I cancel my Conference Registration?

    Should you need to cancel your conference registration, visit the registration site and enter your meeting confirmation number. You may cancel your conference registration from there.

    Please note that you will also need to contact Mandalay Bay or the Delano separately in order to cancel a hotel reservation.

  • What is the registration fee for the optional Pre-Conference Workshops on Sunday, November 5?

    Pre-conference workshops are $325 per attendee for full-day sessions or $299 per attendee for half-day sessions.

    *Please note: This fee is in addition to the conference registration fee.

  • What is the cost of additional guest tickets for the Welcome Reception on Sunday, November 5?

    Additional tickets for the Welcome reception are $50 each.

    *Please note - All guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age to attend the Welcome Reception.

  • What is the cost of additional guest tickets for The Client Event on Tuesday, November 7?

    Additional tickets for The Client Event are $150 each.

  • Can I pay by check for the NextGen ONE UGM registration fee?

    Yes. When registering, select the "check" payment option. An automatic invoice will be sent to you via email the next business day.

    Check payment is due within thirty (30) days of your registration date. If the check payment is not received within thirty (30) days, your registration is subject to cancellation.

    After October 6, 2017, we will no longer accept checks.

  • To whom should I make my check payable for the NextGen ONE UGM registration fee and where do I mail it?

  • Is there a discount for registering more than one person from a practice?

    No. Discounts are not offered to groups from the same organization.

  • Is there a fee to make a name change?

    A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all name changes. Name changes must be received in writing and must be sent to ugm@nextgen.com. This administration fee will apply each time a registration is changed.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

    A $300 administrative fee* will be applied if you cancel your registration on or before October 6, 2017. Cancellations received after October 6, 2017, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of 100% of all fees paid. Registrations may not be reinstated once they have been cancelled. If re-registering, the current registration fee will apply.

    *Please note: All but the $300 cancellation fee will be refunded to the card on file.

  • What is the difference between the Mandalay Bay Hotel and the Delano Las Vegas?

    The Mandalay Bay is the main tower to The Mandalay Bay Hotel and Convention Center. Delano Las Vegas Tower is an all-suites boutique tower, which is connected to the Mandalay Bay.

  • How do I make a reservation at The Mandalay Bay or the Delano Las Vegas?

    Once you complete your NextGen ONE UGM 2017 conference registration, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the online link and instructions for requesting your sleeping room reservation at either Mandalay Bay or Delano Las Vegas. Make your hotel request via the website or telephone reservation system. If you have difficulties, please contact Mandalay Bay Team 8 Reservations at (702) 632-9000 or a UGM team member at ugm@nextgen.com or (267) 960-6287. In order to request a sleeping room reservation in the UGM 2017 room block, you must first complete and submit your UGM registration.

    • Step 1: Register for NextGen ONE UGM 2017

  • When will I receive confirmation of my hotel reservation?

    Hotel confirmation numbers will be emailed directly from Mandalay Bay Team 8 Reservations to the address provided during your reservation request. If you have any questions, please contact Mandalay Bay Team 8 Reservations at (702) 632-9000. To ensure the delivery of emails concerning your hotel reservation to your inbox, please add team8@mandalaybay.com team8@mandalaybay.com to your email address book or safe list.

  • What should I do if I want to room with another NextGen ONE UGM attendee?

    Each attendee will need to register for NextGen ONE UGM conference. Once both attendees have registered for the conference, you will need to make one hotel room reservation, listing the first attendee in the contact information section and the second attendee as a guest. If you will require split billing for the reservation, please contact Mandalay Bay Team 8 Reservations at (702) 632-9000 and they will assist in collecting the credit card information for each guest.

  • What should I do if I’m trying to reserve a room at the hotel, but it says “unavailable?”

    Room types will be granted on an availability basis and cannot be guaranteed. Certain room types will fill up faster than others. Register early to ensure the best availability.

  • How do I make a change to my hotel reservation?

    Changes may be made online by accessing the link provided in your emailed confirmation from Mandalay Bay. Or you can contact Mandalay Bay Team 8 Reservations at (702) 632-9000 and they will assist you in making any changes to your hotel reservation. Please print your new confirmation page after making changes.

  • Why do I have to use a credit card to reserve the room?

    All guests will be responsible for their own guest room, tax, resort fee, and incidental charges. It is the attendee’s responsibility to submit a credit card number, or a deposit equal to the first night’s room/suite rate plus tax as a guarantee, at the time the attendee makes the reservation.

    Once you arrive at the hotel, you will be asked to present a valid credit card. You must have the credit card you want to charge with at check-in. For security purposes, the hotel will not save the credit card information you provided during registration. If you will not have the credit card with you, please contact Mandalay Bay Team 8 Reservations at (702) 632-9000 prior to arrival for a credit card authorization form.

    At check out, the remainder of your room, tax, resort fee, and incidental charges will automatically be charged to the credit card you provided.

  • Can I pay via check for my hotel stay?

    The hotel does not accept check payments for your hotel stay.

  • Can I use someone else in my organization’s credit card?

    Yes, you can use someone else in your organization’s credit card. Please note: if you will not have the credit card with you at the time of check-in, a credit card authorization is required. Please contact Mandalay Bay Team 8 Reservations at (702) 632-9000 and request a credit card authorization form.

  • Do I need to have the credit card I’m going to bill my hotel room to with me at check-in?

    Yes. You must have the credit card you want to pay with at the time of hotel check-in. If you will not have the credit card with you, please contact Mandalay Bay Team 8 Reservations at (702) 632-9000 and request a credit card authorization form.

  • Does Mandalay Bay have Internet access in the rooms?

    High speed internet is available in all guest rooms. There is no charge associated with the internet access as it is included in the resort fee.

Travel

  • What time should I plan on arriving in Las Vegas?

    Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m.. In order to attend the Welcome Reception, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 5, 2017, plan to arrive in Las Vegas by 3:00 p.m..

    Pre-Conference Workshop attendees should plan to arrive in Las Vegas at your leisure on Saturday, November 4, 2017. If you are taking part in a half-day pre-conference workshop, plan to arrive anytime before 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 5, 2017.

  • What time should I plan on departing Las Vegas when NextGen ONE UGM concludes?

    NextGen ONE UGM 2017 will conclude at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2017. Meeting attendees should plan to depart on flights from Las Vegas any time after 3:00 p.m..

    Please note that hotel check out is at 11:00 a.m.. Your hotel will be happy to store your luggage at the bell stand until you depart.

  • What are the ground transportation options between the airport and the hotel?

    The hotel is located less than two miles (approximately 5 minutes) from the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS).

    NextGen Healthcare has again partnered with LASxpress to offer you express service between McCarran International Airport (LAS) and the Mandalay Bay, Delano, and Luxor hotels. Skip the taxi line and take advantage of LASxpress’ convenient and stress-free transportation experience.   • How do I make a reservation with LASxpress?

    Reservations are required; walk-ons are not permitted. As a reminder, please book your flights before reserving airport transportation. All charges associated with transportation are the responsibility of the passenger. Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory. Click here to make your reservation.

    • For reservations of one or more passengers not traveling together, please make individual reservations online. Separate LASxpress boarding passes will be issued for each passenger.
    • For reservations of two to 17 passengers all arriving and/or departing on same flight, please make reservations online. One (1) LASxpress boarding pass will be issued for the group.
    • For groups of 18 or more passengers, or if you need group traveler assistance, please call LASxpress Sales at (702) 878-4141.
  • How do I cancel my LASxpress reservation?

    RRound-trip reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. One-way reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to the scheduled transfer date.

  • What happens if my plane is arriving early or late?

    LASxpress keeps track of all flight arrival times. Please ensure you enter in the correct flight number when making your reservation.

  • What is LASxpress’ change policy?

    LASxpress requires any changes to reservations be made online, except for reservation modifications less than eight (8) hours prior to transfer. For all reservation changes within eight (8) hours of your scheduled pickup, call Passenger Assistance at (702) 878-4141.

    If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, no refunds will be issued if the changes are made less than 72 hours prior to arrival.

    Departure changes made less than 12 hours prior to scheduled transfer may result in additional stops en route to the airport.

  • How far in advance should I make my reservation with LASxpress?

    We suggest you make your reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. All new reservations must be made at a minimum of eight (8) hours prior to transfer. For all reservations with less than 8 hours’ notice, please contact Passenger Assistance at (702) 878-4141. Reservations are required, and walk-ons are not permitted.

  • Where does LASxpress pick me up upon arrival?
    • TERMINAL 1 ARRIVALS:
      Upon arrival at McCarran International Airport, please claim your luggage and proceed to DOOR 8, outside Baggage Claim Level 1, and see the AIRLINE SHUTTLE CORP greeter at podium. They will direct you to the appropriate executive coach. Please provide your arrival boarding pass and valid photo ID to the driver. YOU MUST PRINT AND BRING YOUR LASxpress BOARDING PASS. LASxpress requires your executive coach driver to collect your LASxpress arrival boarding pass.
    • TERMINAL 3 ARRIVALS:
      When arriving at McCarran International Airport Terminal, please claim your luggage and proceed to DOOR 53. Use the crosswalk and see The AIRLINE SHUTTLE CORP greeter at podium. They will direct you to the appropriate executive coach. Please provide your arrival boarding pass and valid photo ID to the driver. YOU MUST PRINT AND BRING YOUR LASxpress BOARDING PASS. LASxpress requires your executive coach driver to collect your LASxpress arrival boarding pass.
  • Where does LASxpress pick me up upon departure?

    Please meet your executive coach on the BEACH LEVEL of Mandalay Bay or at the group door located by the main entrance of the Delano with your luggage. Present your LASxpress departure boarding pass and photo ID to the AIRLINE SHUTTLE CORP driver. YOU MUST PRINT AND BRING YOUR LASxpress BOARDING PASS. LASxpress requires your executive coach driver to collect your LASxpress departure boarding pass.

    Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time and allow the executive coach a 15-minute window after the scheduled arrival time. If you cannot locate your executive coach, please call Passenger Assistance at (702) 878-4141.

    We recommend all passengers arrive at the airport two hours prior to flight departure.

  • Is there a cost to park at The Mandalay Bay or Delano Las Vegas?

    Parking is complimentary for any guest with a hotel reservation at Mandalay Bay or Delano Las Vegas. You will need to show your guest room key in order to validate parking. For all non-registered hotel guests, there is a cost to park. Please visit www.oneugm.com/transportation for parking rates.

    Both hotels have a valet at the front of the hotel or tower. The self-park garages are located behind each hotel.

  • What is the recommended attire for NextGen ONE UGM?

    Business casual attire is appropriate for all meeting functions. The temperatures in the meeting rooms are centrally controlled. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater. Casual attire is appropriate for the Client Event on Tuesday evening.

    When planning your wardrobe, please keep in mind that November temperatures in Las Vegas can range from daytime highs in the upper 60s to evening lows in the lower 40s.
