(Please note: You must be 21 years of age or older to attend the Client Event. Guest ticket(s) are available for purchase for $150 per person.)

The NextGen UGM registration fee does not include the individual attendee's cost of the hotel, incidentals, travel, optional Pre-Conference Workshops, Welcome Reception guest tickets, or Client Event guest tickets.

- Include a copy of the invoice you received in your registration confirmation when mailing the check

- Check payment is due within thirty (30) days of your registration submission date. If the check payment is not received within 30 days, your registration is subject to cancellation.
- Check payments will not be accepted after October 6, 2017.
Upon submitting your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration details, as well as the link to request your accommodations. We will send this information to the email address you provided. To ensure you receive important communications from the NextGen UGM team, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration on or before October 7, 2017 a $300 administrative fee* will be applied. Cancellations received after October 7, 2017, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of 100% of all fees paid. Registrations may not be reinstated once they have been cancelled. If re-registering, the current registration fee will apply.
*Please note: all but the $300 cancellation fee will be refunded to the card on file.
A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all name changes. Name changes must be received in writing and must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. This administration fee will apply each time a registration is changed
In order to attend the annual User Group Meeting (“UGM”) you must be a licensed client or affiliated practice of such client, in good standing ("Client"), who has directly purchased a license for MediTouch, Mirth, NextGen and/or NextGen EDR from Quality Systems, Inc. or one of its affiliates, including without limitation NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, LLC (collectively the “Company”) or through a certified Reseller of the Company; provided, however, that Clients of Mirth LLC, HealthFusion, Inc. and Entrada, Inc. may only attend if they are not competitors of Company. Consultants, vendors and other partners of the Company are eligible to exhibit or attend by exclusive invitation only. Without the prior written approval of a member of Company's executive team, only direct employees of Clients, consultants, vendors, and partners of Company may attend UGM. The Company reserves the right to deny registration for any reason or no reason to any Client or any other entity and/ or individual. Instructional sessions are designed to inform and educate our Clients and participation is limited to Clients only. Clients understand and agree that certain information furnished to you by Company in connection with UGM, regardless of the form in which such information is presented, is confidential, non-public and/or proprietary information (“Confidential Information”) and is the sole property of Company. You agree not to disclose the Confidential Information to any third party for any reason whatsoever, and to protect the Confidential Information using the same degree of care you use to protect your confidential information (but in no event less than a reasonable amount of care), for a period of two (2) years from the date hereof.
